Connect ChatGPT to LinkedIn
ChatGPT can work on your own LinkedIn once you add a connector for it. You paste one address in developer mode, sign in, and then ask in plain words: who is waiting on me, draft this reply, find these people. It is free to start.
Set it up
First sign in and connect your LinkedIn on the page you land on. Then:

- Open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button, type a name and a description, enter the address, and create the connection.
- Sign in to HeyReagent when ChatGPT asks.
- In a chat, choose Developer mode from the plus menu and select it.

Good to know
On the free plan LinkedIn is disconnected after a while without use; ChatGPT is told when that happens and gives you the link to connect again. Each LinkedIn account has daily limits for every kind of action. The limits.

Can ChatGPT connect to LinkedIn?
Yes, through a connector you add yourself in developer mode. It then works on your own LinkedIn account: your inbox, your connections, your posts.
What does connecting ChatGPT to LinkedIn do?
It lets ChatGPT run LinkedIn actions for you when you ask in plain words: list who is waiting on you, read a conversation, send a message or an invitation, search people, read and comment on posts.
Which ChatGPT accounts can do this?
The ones that have developer mode. ChatGPT’s own guide says which those are.
Is it free?
The free plan of HeyReagent has every Connect action. LinkedIn is disconnected after a while without use, which suits a chat.
