Waalaxy and HeyReagent: two different jobs
Waalaxy is a campaign tool: you pick a sequence, load the people, and it sends invitations and follow-ups on LinkedIn, and by email on its top plan, from €19 a user a month. HeyReagent is one agent on your own LinkedIn that reads each conversation, writes the next message for that person, and asks you before it sends. It costs more, and it does a different job.

When Waalaxy is the better choice
- You want campaigns from pre-built sequences, on LinkedIn and by email.
- You work in a team and want a shared inbox and CRM export.
- Price matters most.
When HeyReagent is
- Replies and half-finished conversations are where you lose deals, more than a lack of new people.
- You would rather approve a draft written for one person than run a sequence.
- You want it to learn how you write, from your own messages and from every edit you make.
What is the same for both
Both act on your own LinkedIn account, and LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow automated activity. LinkedIn can limit or restrict an account, whichever tool you use. HeyReagent puts a daily limit on every kind of action for each account; the numbers are public.

How much does Waalaxy cost?
On its pricing page on 29 October 2026: Pro €19, Advanced €49 and Business €69 a user a month, each with a 14-day free trial. The page offers a quarterly price 20% lower and a yearly price 50% lower. Pro allows 300 invitations a month, Advanced and Business 800. Business adds cold email and campaigns across LinkedIn and email.
Is HeyReagent cheaper than Waalaxy?
No. The Agent plan is $499 a month, and Waalaxy’s plans were €19 to €69 a user a month when we read its pricing page on 29 October 2026. They do different jobs: Waalaxy runs campaigns, and the agent reads each conversation and drafts the next message.
Can I bring my Waalaxy campaigns over?
No. There is nothing to import, because HeyReagent has no campaigns. You connect LinkedIn, it reads how you write, and it starts from your inbox.
Does Waalaxy have an API or an MCP address?
Its pricing page lists API access, and Make, Zapier and n8n modules, on the Advanced plan and above. HeyReagent has an MCP address for your own LinkedIn account, with a free plan.
