The post names an email and a purchase, not a LinkedIn message. So say it plainly when you ask: draft first, and send only the ones you name. Each send is one action, and each kind of action has a daily limit for each account, listed on the actions page.
Keeping your LinkedIn connected
On the free plan your LinkedIn is disconnected after a while without use. That suits asking Muse while you are there. For work done while you are away, the plan that keeps it connected is on the pricing.
